JUSTINE GILBERT, AUTHOR

Born in New York, USA. Lived in London, Rome, the Tuscan Hills and Florida. Currently living on the Kent coast beside the atmospheric North Sea.

My debut novel, Daisy Chain, (publ in March 2023, Claret Press), has won awards. Recently shortlisted for the Paul Torday Memorial Award. I have been writing since I was old enough to pick up a pen: school plays, newspaper articles, poetry, short stories and blogs; it is a joy to be a full time writer in my older years.

I am a mother of three and grandmother to two boys; a dog lover; a traveller; an educationalist; an alumni of Leeds University, the Open University, and The Novelry.
